- Timpusca trout with native potatoes, broad beans and olluco.
- Altiplano chicken in local herb sauce with quinoa smoothie.
- Traditional stuffed rocoto with sautéed chips and cheese.
Dessert
- Three milk with ice cream.
- Crêpes suchard filled with pastry cream, pecan praliné, oreos and ice cream.
